Creative Direction: A quintessential drink for over 250 years, Guinness is putting a spin on things this year with the release of The Official Guinness Cookbook.
Featuring over 60 recipes, this cookbook allows readers to perfect classics like Beef Stew and Soda Bread or experiment with new flavor profiles in everyday recipes like granola or ice cream - all while incorporating Guinness!
During this week-long shoot, I was immersed in the tastes and feels of Irish culture. Along with a team of food and prop stylists, we worked to capture the homey, pub-like atmosphere often associated with Guinness and bring those to the pages of this book.
