Early-ish is a refreshing take on nutritious breakfast options founded by a passionate morning enthusiast who couldn't always make her ideal breakfast (two eggs, greens, avocado, and sourdough) happen every day. It was a delight to photograph for this woman-owned brand that makes healthy eating effortlessly accessible. Their product lineup includes The Classic (savory, bacon-filled egg bites), New School (light, veggie-filled alternatives), and other thoughtfully crafted options.

Takeout Lunch — What We Eat On Set

**Creative Direction:** The difference between the carefully crafted food scenes we photograph and the food we, the team, really eat on set always strikes me as a bit ironic! Here we are laboring over the tiniest salt flake to create the perfect image; meanwhile, we are eating our own lunch with plastic forks perched on an apple box in the corner of the studio. I started to shoot some of these odd still lifes on set and recreated a few in the studio with the help of stylists Helen Quinn, Kaitlyn Du Ross Walker, and Julia Choi-Rodriguez.

I got to shoot an array of DeLonghi coffee stations and perfectly crafted coffee drinks in Athena Calderone’s breathtaking Brooklyn brownstone. We captured freshly frothed milk, cappuccinos, and espresso (pulled by our on-set barista) bathed in natural light alongside DeLonghi’s line of elegant coffee machines.
